<div>Because of the way technology is progressing these days people are adjusting to a new way of life.  Some people are comfortable with the speed which these changes bring but some are not that too adjustable and flexible.  For those who cannot cope or are having difficulty coping they tend to exhibit symptoms of anxiety disorders or panic attacks.</div>
<p>Anxiety disorders are stress related symptoms.  People become stressed in even everyday ordinary occurrences like traffic, work loads and family concerns.  This may be attributed to the way people do things these days like faster means of communication and faster modes of transportation.  The result of all this is stress and anxiety for most people especially for those who cannot cope properly.</p>
<p>Many medications and techniques are being prescribed by medical professionals.  Sometimes these are drugs meant to control the physical symptoms of panic or anxiety.  Physical symptoms like the shaking of the hands and legs, the trembling of the body, faster heart beat, sweating, flushing as well as the feeling of an impending doom that is bound to happen anytime.  Although to some normal individuals these may all seem irrational and unfounded.  But to a anxiety disorder sufferer these are all real and happening to them.</p>
<p>These drugs sometimes come with side effects that can include drowsiness, decrease or increase in appetite, inability to normally sleep at night, decrease in mental alertness and nausea.  But it must be noted that the side effects depend on the type of medication prescribed as well as the physical condition of the sufferer.</p>
<p>Yet, there are also several ways to treat an anxiety attack by not necessarily taking medications.  This can be thru natural means or <a href="http://www.anxietydisordercure.com/articlesdirectory/linden-method-reviews">the linden method reviews</a>.  Listed below are some practical and not so costly suggestions on how to relieve anxiety disorders.</p>
<p>Engaging in physical exercises can provide a natural remedy for anxiety and panic attacks.  Swimming, brisk walking, jogging or running makes your heart beat faster but in a positive way.  And not unlike when one is having anxiety attacks the heart beats faster too but in a not so good reason.  Physical exercises can make your blood circulate around your body bringing in fresh supply of oxygen.  Another benefit of engaging in physical exercises is that it can also make you feel good afterwards.  This is like an accomplishment on your part aside from the fact that you deserve a rest because you did something good for your body. <p>Another excellent way is thru the process of aromatherapy.   Aromatherapy and its corresponding oils provide a natural relaxing sensation thru the sense of smell and also when applied to the skin the sense of touch.  There are different oils that provide different reliefs like the lavender helps you calm down and help you relax.  While some oils are best utilized when applied to the skin like the olive or almond oils mixed  with lavender.  This will just require you to rub some on your forehead and temples and after just a couple of minutes you can immediately feel a relaxing sensation.</p>
<p>These are just some of the simple ways to relieve a person from the negative effects of stress and anxieties.</p>

<p>Stress is an insurmountable characteristic of a successful career as a professional athlete. In recent years, it has been the cause of several MLB players&#039; appearance on disabled lists rather than the field. Joey Votto of Cincinnati cited it as the cause for his June 2009 placement on the disabled list, and many other players have joined him. Some medical professionals have expressed concern that as anxiety disorders become more prevalent in sidelined athletes, the serious nature of panic disorders will also be sidelined, as overdiagnosis may become an issue.</p>
<p>A medical history is required to demonstrate a panic disorder, and medical professionals have begun to speculate that some of the anxiety disorders that players have cited for their D-listing have not been legitimate, as anxiety disorders don’t develop overnight. </p>
<p>Nevertheless, the severity of anxiety disorders cannot be underestimated, and while their prevalence in the MLB is on the rise, this may not be a credible measure of these disorders&#039; occurrence. </p>
