I have been fighting with anxiety and panic attacks for a year. They are the worst when i'm at work. I had to quit my job because I would always go home early because I felt bad all the time. I have been out of a job for 6 months and i'm trying to find something else to make money other then a 9 to 5. Still waiting to hear about YouTube partner. Maybe that will help. Anyway, thank you so much for this video. I was starting to feel like I was the only one who felt this way.
Mine start with a "wave" of dizziness and nausea that sort of sweeps me away and leaves me detattched from reality
i have had anxiety attack for 5 days tis from my abilify that dr prescribed to me
I 2 hav suffered GAD and frequent panic/anxiety attacks everyday. Its a really gud feeling 2 see these videos and all the comments that follow, and to know that im not alone and im not the only 1 having these issues and feelings. Alot of my fam and even my friends find it realy hard to understand y i have anxiety and find it stupid how the smallest things can cause me to feel anxious. So seeing people that are the same as me is realy refreshing and i guess makes me feel a lil beter wit who i am.
@LUNCHBOX762X39 Yes, You do I get palpitations, even some back to back. I get dizzy as if I am going to pass out. I come up with crazy ideas that I think i'm dying and must get to a hospital. Really just face it directly, remind yourself that it really IS just a feeeling. It is your bodys response to anxiety..big or really insignificant. =) IT WILL GET BETTER but you have to work at it!
I agree completely, For one the doctors visits for the numerous brain tumors and heart attacks you think your having( hopefully im not the only one)..IS EXPENSIVE. and if you practice enough I really do beleive these to work. I like to do something mindless and remind myself that it will pass. I have never died. nor will ever die from a panic/anxiety attack. BUT that does not mean its easy. you have to work at it all the time. it does get better. matter of fact i'mhaving one right this second.
mine start out to where im freezing cold my plams get sweaty then my chest gets tight along with my throat and yea my heart races and pounds and i have a pins and needles feeling all over my body and i feel like im slowing down and going to die its really bad
ello, if i may ask, do you get the racing or hard pumping heart with your attack? i have them and thay scar me alot when my attacks come..
yeah when i had my first attack i freaked out and went to the er it was the worst feeling ever now i have them like everyday!!! its annoying i take ativan i hate it though and i also take celxas
