why does this have to have a high price attached. no one will tell you how to do it elsewhere. after trying 100s of similar things which were bogus might not be worth paying another $100 for a placebo

My case of panic/anxiety derealization/depersonalization, bouts of depression were Chronic enough that my Doctor referred me to a psychiatrist.
Thankfully, I had already started my own road to recovery a few months earlier and after the discussion, he agreed that I didn't require medication, which I didn't want anyway.
I'd purchased the Linden Method the next day and things have improved DRAMATICALLY since.
