Simple Panic Attack Cure for Everyone
In North America alone there are approximately millions of people who suffer from panic attacks. The list continues to grow as peoples’ lifestyle marches on in step with the rapid technological changes happening around us. With faster pace comes a lot of distress and panic for most people. The need for panic attack cure is becoming evident.
Medical books say that panic attacks are the result of too much anxiety and too much worry from a wide range of problems and concerns. Worrying from time to time is normal but when this persists for long periods of time it can lead to severe disorder and among this is the so-called panic attacks.
People suffering from panic attacks experiences the following symptoms: headaches, inability to sleep normally, hot flushes or chills, fatigue, profuse sweating, hopelessness or an overwhelming feeling that something bad is going to happen which makes a person quite fidgety.

The first step in handling panic attack when they do strike is to focus on your breathing. This will take an effort on your part to learn how to control your breathing especially because when panic strikes you tend to forget everything and you tend to go with the flow or with your instinct.
Proper breathing means you have to take slow, deep breaths and making sure your nerves and pulse rate returns back to normal. Practice breathing deeply, then hold it for five to six seconds while telling yourself “that all will be fine” or “relax” before exhaling. This will allow your body to recover from the situation if and when it occurs.
The next thing that you should practice is muscle relaxation. Concentrate on several muscle groups in your body to tense up for a few seconds preferably eight to ten seconds and then try to completely relax. Repeat this process on the other muscle groups in your body.
This exercise will help you be aware of the different muscles that try to tense up whenever you are in the panic attack mode. Being aware of where the “action” is especially as it pertains to the muscles will help you to better control the attack.
You can try tensing both your shoulders and try to hold this up for ten seconds then immediately try to relax. Try the same procedure with your back, arms, legs, your clenched fists or feet as well as try this on with your jaw and forehead.
Another practical anxiety treatments without the need for panic medications is trying to remove or distance yourself from the things or situations that cause you panic. Often the best solution for panic attack is to temporarily get away from your stressors.
This would require you to go somewhere quiet and with less people around. This would allow you think in a rational manner and collect your wits as well as your thoughts. This is also the time to practice deep breathing and muscle relaxation as discussed above.
However, there are times when you cannot physically remove yourself from a situation then if this is the case try thinking of something to distract yourself. This would of course include thinking of things that makes you happy like your spouse and children, family, friends, a good health, a good job, your nice car, your fully paid up house among others. This is like detaching yourself from your stressors and instead focusing on the good things or the blessings in your life.
Simple solutions can be had especially in finding ways for panic medications. It only takes a lot of commitment to improve and a lot of discipline to follow thru.
