Anxiety Attack Symptoms

An anxiety attack is having an overwhelming feeling of fear for no rational reason. Anxiety attack symptoms are heavy sweating, chest pains, heart palpitations, dizziness, shakiness, breathlessness, nausea, numbness, chilliness. A person having an attack may have one or a combination of several symptoms. A normal person on the other hand, does not feel fearful for no reason in the first place. Even if he or she did, it would not be accompanied by anxiety attack symptoms. Not unless in a situation where there is a real reason for panic, such as in a fatal situation.

But then how does a person come to have anxiety attack symptoms? One may have a genetic predisposition or may have inherited this from a traumatic past. It may also be as a result from drug withdrawal.

If you do not have supportive relationships, however, do not dwell on it. After all, your recovery ultimately depends on you. Supportive relationships are just that; supportive. The answer to healing still lies within you.

Stay positive during your anxiety attack treatment. After all, you are not the only person in this world with anxiety attack symptoms; only that you will each need to work on yourself to get healed. You will be gradually healed and at the end of it, when you have become an ‘average’ person, you may even wonder how was it you got yourself into that kind of tangle in the first place. It must have taken a lot of effort, to get sick. Why did you not let it be and remain in your natural state of wellness, as most people did?

Instead you let your mind dwell in negative states habitually, until you get anxiety attacks without knowing why at all. How irrational is that? One thing sure leads to another, until you become so entangled that you cannot remember when, where or how it all started.

Right now, though, you wonder how you can be ‘normal’. It is not that hard, after all, wellness is your natural state of being. It is only the other side of disease. Start getting the appropriate treatment today.
