The other common phobia is the so-called claustrophobia which means the dread or fear of enclosed spaces. This could include the fear of riding an elevator or just being confined to a very limited space like a small room could literally make a sufferer faint or even die from fear.
There are various ways in which a sufferer can overcome these phobias and could include self-help methods like facing your fear and phobias bravely until the person is no longer afraid of them or has totally overcome the fear.
For a medically professional help with anxiety and phobias however, it is better to see a doctor qualified to diagnose this kind of a concern. In these instances medical professionals might prescribe anxiety medications or even utilize psychotherapy in the treatment.
