Anxiety attacks also known as panic attacks ,a biological activity, became common in this busy world now-a-days, people get attacked with anxiety with out any reason and does not how it will get attacked. Its one of the behavioral condition and not a illness .Many kinds of worries make people to get anxiety. Due to panic attacks, it will reduce the man’s life span. It is not a disease although anxiety disorder helps people to get alert and focused in solving problems. To cure anxiety attack, many doctors advise to get counseling so that it will help for them to get out of panic attacks. Even Meditation helps to treat panic attacks. Many people with these panic disorders suffer from depression. There will be shivering in voice, sweating, chest pain, hands, increase in heart beat and breathing problem. These are the symptoms for anxiety attacks. Doctors classified this anxiety attack in to six panic disorders and which are highly treatable. There are many ways to treat panic attacks out of which meditation, exercise, hypnosis, giving biofeedback are major ways to stop panic attack. Doing yoga also avoids panic disorders. There are many management courses to deal with these panic disorders or anxiety attacks in which psychology is one among them. The psychologist can guide the people to get rid of with these panic disorders and make people free with panic attacks.
