Anxiety disorders are generally known to be a fear or worry in a general situation which for most people, would not occur. However, anxiety is a normal part of everyone’s life. It is actually important to have some level of anxiety because it is our mechanism that alerts us if something threatening is about to happen. Anxiety is needed but to only at low levels.
