Who would have imagined that the economic condition the world is experiencing right now would happen so suddenly and without warning?  This would not have been possible say ten or twenty years ago or even thirty years ago.
The series of prosperity the country have experienced in the past decades have somehow negated whatever minor downturn the economy might have experienced in the past.  But not this time around, the whole system of economic plunge has affected many industrialized and developing countries around the world.

By identifying the stressors we can either stay away from it temporarily or completely avoid encountering the object, person or situation all together to prevent you from being stressed or anxious.  These are effective ways to stop anxiety attacks.
However, if your source of stress or anxiety could either your place of work or even your job itself then try to be reasonable in your search for solutions.  Because your primary concern if you stay away from your job permanently and if you have no other means to support yourself and your family financially then maybe this would not be the best option.
In instances where you felt you are stressed and an anxiety attack is about to happen in your place of work you could perhaps do is try to relax for a while and go to a place where it is quiet so that you will have time to think and ponder about the situation.
There is no need to blow your top or make any scene where they have to rush you to the nearest hospital.  Just take a long deep breath approximately for five to seven seconds and exhale thru your mouth.  This activity would bring in the necessary oxygen to your body.
After you have calmed a bit, go to a place where you can be alone to collect yourself and try to have a more reasonable view of the situation.  There is no need to be combative and try to fight everything that comes into your way.
The important thing in this situation is to be relaxed so that you can think clearly and logically.  After, you have clamed your self, you can then go back to what you have been doing previously and now try to sort things out either talk to the person concerned or try to do the activity on a clear mind.
The times calls for tough decisions in order for us top survive the tough economic situation.  Help for anxiety attacks may be tough at first but with proper guidance and discipline this can be done right for the benefit of everybody.
