I feel like you sometimes, but I always try to fight those "negative" thoughts lets call them. Slowly, I get over these thoughts and replace them with "better" thoughts. But theres always a bit of nervousness here and there

Anyone heard of a best selling book called How To Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie, written over 70 years ago?

@curtsphobias Yes. I want to get the word out that just because someone has social anxiety, is eccentric or has difficulty making friends, society should stop thinking of us individuals as creepy, losers, and whatever else. Social anxiety sucks and no one should have live a life of lonliness.

Yep pretty well have all those. Got over the eating out problems, don't get the feeling that I can't swallow and thinking people are watching me stuff any more. At the moment I'm not good with telephones and interviews, that will come.
