@YouPastDue Well in an eating disorder, your obsessed about food and that leads to compulsions to either not eat or get rid of what you do eat. So that is what makes it OCD in my opinion. Also pinching and scratching yourself are compulsions. They make you feel temporarily better, but in the end it just hurts. I'm sorry that you are depressed, message me if you want to talk about it. i recently developed an eating disorder and i really don't know if it is linked to anything else it might just be depression when i am home i can cry in my room to somehow feel a relief but if i am somewhere like at work and feel depressed i just secretly pinch my arms or scratch myself to make the emotional pain go away
