Oh hello! Have you tried anxiety zero technique (It is at anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my sister pretty much cured anxiety with it.
@rebecca211985
Well, thank you!
Thank you
@jpfdiamonds I'm not talking about you. but Alcohol can make matters worst on plane rides.
@stealthmummy
I don't drink Alcohol.
Don't drink any Alcohol. .
i have bad panic attacks, and i don't fly anymore. i used to fly for years, but my anxiety disorder is too bad now, so i don't even try anymore. especially now with all the terrorists threats and things on planes. the last thing in the world i would want to do is to try to fly, and have a terrible panic attack and then the passengers or air marshalls attack or handcuff me and treat me like a terrorist or something. so, basically, i don't think i'll ever fly again, and that's very sad
Thanks for sharing. I have a panic disorder and am on meds as well. I'm too scared to fly. But I'm suppose to move to another country with my soon to be husband. I have never left my family and when I leave a I will be leaving them. So scary. I know that I have to go so I can be with him but I don't know if I will make it. It really sucks. I have been so bad off that I would not leave my room and I would not be by myself. I figured that I can take some of my pills but a lil extra like you.
Thanks for talking about this bro, it's helping me prepare for my next flight. 4 1/2 hours >_<
Such understandable thought, Oh Boy, this must be a terrorist, look his eyes, look his hands, he must be a major dealer !
LOL, such known thoughts, actions, reactions.
Thank you for sharing that with us. I get a lot of comfort from knowing that I'm not the only one who suffers panic attacks, and I can completely relate to how you felt before and after the fight.
THANK YOU J.P.
Hey mate, I'm from Melbourne, Austrlia. Just watched your video…I haven't seen your others yet, but I can really relate to what you are saying, I got on a plane for a shortish trip (3hours) And was the first time in ages since my Panic Attacks, was hard as I had very high anxiety during the flight. Good on you for documenting your story as it will help many people relate to you and their problem also. Will be watching your space! Take care my friend.
