MissDieRomantic05 @ 5:21 pm #

Thank you for your videos. I really appreciate people that take that extra step to try to help everyone else get through this debilitating disorder. You have all the right ideas. How have you been doing now with it? I have been trying to do all the same things, I am only 23 but have been dealing with this for about 5 years. I feel like I am wasting my youth and the best time of my life and I will never get it back.

MegaMovietimes @ 5:48 pm #

Your video's are really good. I had a panic / anxiety attack and decided togo to A&E and they tested my heart, blood , sugar etc all was normal. At the very start even walking down the street to go to starbucks my heart would beat so fast and hard. I started to self diagnose, thinking cancer , heart problems etc . My GP said its anxiety but i would not take that as an answer .its been 18 months now I think , I still get it , not full blown attacks . I could be sitting on the sofa then my heart -

sebastainknight @ 6:29 pm #

my first attack in 2005 was at church during saturday vigil mass and normally when attacks arise that can be one of my worse places.

512sinner @ 6:46 pm #

Wow.. My life exactly!! Thanks for the tips I will defiantly try that approach.

Check out my testimony on my channel. I suffered with extreme anxiety, panic attacks and ocd for 7 years. I have been set free, completely, literally made brand new, it's been over 5 years now. I am not a company, just a woman who has been set free and telling as many as possible. Love you all.

east30s @ 10:07 pm #

Good videos….i face and face and face….but with me my worst fear does come true….ive passed out 30+ times in a variety of settings……i can deal with panic and anxiety eventhough i dont like it but ive been traumatized by fainting……and i cant easily say….."make me pass out..go ahead" because i do pass out…IT TOTALLY SUCKS!!!!

MrLiveahappylife @ 11:05 pm #

Very interesting coping style. I like it.

chrisbartley88 @ 12:07 am #

i guess if u go into ur own feelings and search within urself for the anser to these things and discover ur true feelings, its like a big shift and clears it all, thats how ive dealt with it, and i was seriously bad, i stayed in the house for a year, i was that anxious…very scared of other people and all

chrisbartley88 @ 12:40 am #

i cant beleieve how this all matchs to me, it affects my feelings more than my mind tho… im constantly checking myself out worryin and stuff, i thot i had a heart condition and stomache ulser coz the anxiety feelings, and paranoidness, it really seriously affects my eyes, my eyes have become really sensitive and have floaters and they get so stingy and bloodshockd and wen sum1 looks at me they start waterin and i feel like i needa cry.. all anxiety symtoms?

mistryt @ 12:44 am #

Thank you so much.

greengroveinc @ 12:53 am #

beast6228 @ 4:15 am #

I kinda laughed my ass off when you mentioned that you checked your pulse obsessively, I do that alot, anytime I feel a weird sensation I check it. LOL

beast6228 @ 4:23 am #

Here is the best treatment for anxiety. Quit smoking, stop drinking caffeinated beverages. Eat healthy, get exercise, lose weight….get that weight down to a normal range. Think positive. Take medication. Citalopram (celexa) is a good one, only costs $4.00 for a prescription. If you feel you have a real health problem, get checked out, and if that's not the problem then DON'T worry, you're fine…YOU no longer have ANYTHING to worry about! Enjoy Life!!!!!

94civiclxgrey @ 5:06 am #

And Btw yes i am still using the program and do notice it slowly working but nothing so fast i'd call it a instant Fix but everyone has there own pace mine may be slower than normal but hey its working slowly atleast!

94civiclxgrey @ 5:47 am #

@crossofthesphinx well i can see you did not read my full review! maybe you should see i rated the whole program a 6-10 its a good informative program but the support sucks i never got any response except a automated email saying someone will attend my concerns as soon as possible. other wise its a good read and gives some useful steps though for me it took a few times re reading the program. i in no way meant dont buy the program i just meant don't buy it expecting live support in the usa!

crossofthesphinx @ 6:43 am #

@94civiclxgrey did you even use the method? did it work? everyone learns differently. their emails were very helpful for me. the method itself worked for me 100%. they tell you exactly what you need to do. if you are the kind of person who wants to have people fawning over you eternal pity parade with all the poor me trumpets blaring, then the linden method specialists will certainly not fulfill your desires in that department. if you actually want to cure yourself, this is the only way

94civiclxgrey @ 6:57 am #

Don't buy this progam for support by phone or email because if you are in the usa you must have international calling to be able to use phone support also email is sketchy i never got a good answer, the manual is okay it takes the average user a few times reading it to understand it but none the less once you understand it you'll be on the right track to getting better. i would rate the whole program a 6 out of 10 good information just wish they had a online chat or video chat!

phil18doe @ 7:01 am #

And frankly, so do I.

Cytosolic @ 7:18 am #

Questions about Charles Linden have been brought up about the fact that he doesn't have a PHD or other credentials in psychology. I say: so what? After reading a half hour of his program, he has articulated and pinpointed more about this disorder than the 2 years of psychologists and doctors I have seen about my own condition. Charles Linden is on to something big here, and although I was extremely skeptical at first, I honestly think he has discovered the cure for undue anxiety and panic.
