When Ashley brought up her issues and concerns with her Doctor, she was told that this was normal and that she had nothing to worry about. While she was in the psych ward she was told that she would never be normal, function in society, go back to school, drive a car or have a job. Ashley's Dad was not impressed and quite concerned with the treatment that she was receiving while in the psych ward. Vitamines and minerals are natural. meds are chemicals. vitamines and minerals come from natural foods. while medication comes from man made experiments. i started empower plus 2 weeks ago and im feeling better
i even stopped my med 2. sure my mood some time sky rockets or drops low but it hasnt been all that bad. my highs actually last longer than my lows now. and when i get too high it doesnt last long it gets to the point i cant function for 10 mins then after that im back to functioning.
thanx for info. I just found that for myself, more fresh fruits and veggies less red meat was a BIG differents in my treatment. The vegetables cooked slightly not boiled away. i dont want to make people thing they dont need help. All i am trying to say is I took paxil, seroqeul ,ezyprexa risperdal,zolpidem, lithium to name a few for 7 years and once i learned how to recognize when the cycle started, it was easier to control. Once that hurdle was overcome, the meds really werent needed anymore.
@andimbipolar I agree, but how do you know that the vitamins and minerals in Empowerplus are man made? As well, if by saying "only a small few us can be med free" you actually mean the majority, then you would be correct. You may want to take a look into the scientific research that is behind Truehope and the movement that it is creating. It is quite literally changing the way scientists and doctors view mental illness, as well as the way psychiatry is being practiced. Let me know what you find.
@grenaldo83 My only issue was that it claims to be natural. Vitamins and minerals are fine, but their not really natural if their being produced by man. I want to make it clear that only a small few of us can be med free.ITS NOT EASY ALL THE TIME, BUT BETTER THAN BEING 50 OR MORE POUNDS OVER-WIEGHT. One last thing. Nothing can stop Bi-Polar. @andimbipolar That is awesome that you have found something that works better than meds. Pretty easy thing to do though seeing that research has shown meds to be no more effective than placebo (sugar pills). I think that you are missing the point here though. This video is not about medications!! It is about how this young lady got her life back using a proven natural vitamin and mineral product. I would say you should try it, but you might have to change your youtube name.
@grenaldo83 After being on all the meds that have come out from 2003 to 2009, I have discovered that physical activity of anything that makes you sweat for 10 to 20 minutes everyday and eating the right food at the right time is better than all the meds i took. Im under supervision meaning that if there a re-lapse, i just see my doctor to talk it through. The sweating is important because it flushes all the toxins the body naturally produces. If the toxins remain they are circulated, BRAIN first
