sometimes having that approach is better, make them laugh makes the sitation feel less serious and scary.

I hope you are doing better since this plane ride. I was kinda scared my first time flying but everyone gets nervous. Dont let your friend bully you. I felt really bad for you at the end. At least you probably had fun in Vegas.

i gotta fly tuesday from cali to kansas city… nervous as fuck. havent been on a plane in years. im gonna take some holy basil herb tp calm me down and def order some beers when i get on the plane…. not so much flying or crashing that bothers me, just i hate heights…

Damn that's cold man. I never wanna get my ass in a plane. Im a gifted driver but I in control of my car and I'd rather flip my supra then get in a plane and put my ass in the hands of aeronautical engineers.

Awe, poor guy. I haven't flown since i was like 8 and had a small panic attack, and then since 9/11 i've been terrified to fly anywhere. It sucks, it's my dream to go across the atlantic and i can't because of panic attacks.

dude I'm going on a trip on a plane soon and I just realized I'm going to have to drink 2 bottles of Nyquil because I have bad panic attacks haha
