Well, I can only assume that you do suffer from anxiety/panic attacks. They are similar. My suggestion is this: When you feel one coming on, breathe slowly and take in your surroundings slowly. Do not allow the fear, anxiety or frustration control you. You are in control, not your feelings. Panic when you are already facing anxiety only adds more stress. Keep telling yourself you will get through it, because you will. These are very real for a lot of people, but they simply choose to ignore it.

hi ther can i ask u this question well somtimes it gets reallllly hard to breath and i get a bit dizzy we calld embulence 1 and thay sed i was fine is this an anxity attck or is there somthing wrong with my lungs im an 11 year old boy and i weigh 62 kg and i dont look fat can u help and ive had sudden heart attack feelings tight chest and uncontrollable breathing and i tem to worry allot

I can tell that you suffer from panic/anxiety attacks by the way that you take those prolonged anxiety breaths in your video. I identify with that, they sound exactly as if they were my own. I hope you get through this trauma, and find something that works for you. I am going to try Panic Away, which all the youtube review's i have seen have had enormous success, I am still quite skeptical though.
