u cant sorry u can help them but not cure them sorry
Im a 17 year old male who has been taking panic attacks for the last 2 years or so. They used to be just occasional but got alot worse about 6 months ago, and I left school. I got the panic attacks because i used to get a really hard time at school with horrible false rumours going round about me. So i barely left my house. I was able to go and watch the football team i support Airdrie United, because i was at the place i loved the most. But i have learned to kinda control my panic attacks now.
thank you soo much it really helps where do you get that drop stuff from so i can get that too thaxs
I've been there and done it through the years, I use to freaked out real bad when i had a panic attack but over the years i was starting to control it. You just gotta keep your brain busy when you're in the panic mode, Trust me! There's chemical imbalanced in your brain that doesn't get enough the right cells and it causes panic attacks on some people, Turn the negatives into postives by focusing on your favorite hobby or something that you like to do. Try and see if it works out for you, 5/5!

I have panic attacks a lot and they really are the most awful horrible feeling in the world. this video helps so much! i'm definitely getting rescue remedy, and the part about continuing your activity and not giving in to the attack is very true. THANK YOU
Whats the name of that medication you take and is that an over the counter type of medication
thank u sooo much! just had my first it was awful! XXX
When I have one, I know a trick… Pretend like you're casting a spell. Swing your arm out and say "DISPERSE!!" and cast it out of you. That's what I do, and it works. It makes it go away fast.
You've provided some really great information in your video. Although these are only temporary measures, there is a method that is completely drug free and has worked for thousands of anxiety and panic attack sufferers. More info can be found at howtocureanxietyx. com

After many years I gave into my very frequent and frightening panic attacks by leading a secluded life. With help from my GP I now go out and have joined a running club. I still get panic attacks but I deal with them head on. You mentioned flight or fight – and it is just like that – as you recommend stay and fight them. The breathing exercise is great – I find it helpful to lightly tap my chest as I count my breathing – it calms me down.
thank you

Thanks for the tip il give this stuff a try,Ive been suffering with Social Anxiety for the past 4 years. :/
Thank you so much for sharing!!! Most videos I have seen want you to pay for the information. I really appreciate your desire to help others!! I only recently discovered that the symptoms I've been having for 2 years now is actually a panic attack and not a health issue like my past doctors have thought. None of the medication ever helped and so I became very frustrated, wanting to get better but not knowing what the problem was or how to fix it. I will try your suggestions. Thanks again!
I just want to say thank you for these tips. I'm just now realizing that I have been suffering from anxiety for a while now. I'm just glad to know what it is. Before I didn't have words to place how I felt when I was having a panic attack. There was no one else to relate to about my attacks.
@screechymon There is substantial evidence to suggest that alcohol is a cause of anxiety, and obviously it's anxiety that brings on the panic attack. As I have posted below, I never get anxiety unless I've been out 2 nights in a row and have necked a few pints. Essentially dealing with anxiety via alcohol consumption is counter productive. I would strongly advise you to make steps so that you have the opportunity to re-learn new habits. Very tough to start with, but well worth it ! Best of luck!
Really good video Jane. Good job. As you know, unless someone has experienced the pre-panic attack anxiety sensations it's very hard for them to understand. My heart goes out to anyone who suffers with this. I only get it if I've been out for example 2 nights in a row and have had a few pints, but thankfully that's where it ends. I call it "The Fear." I cannot imagine what it would be like to live with this fear 24/7. I believe regular exercise helps a lot which is something I'm starting up
Thanks Jane. Just listening to you talk about it helps. Your tips are encouraging and I will look into them. My panic attacks are infrequent fortunately and I know they will pass. Just listening to others talk about it really helps. Isn't the internet great!
Thanks again.
thanks…
