You are so right about doctors showing indifference toward us suffering from panic attacks/disorder. Believe me, I wouldn't wish a panic attack on my worst enemy, but I would wish one on these kinds of doctors. Thanks for your video, Ben. Peter
same probs i gone thru it began 2005 went away like early 2007 never had virutally any attacks but then 2010 fall they came back
I have had severe panic attacks for 20 years untill I have discovered the books of a late Australian Doctor CLAIRE WEEKES which in fact saved my life.I read all her 5 books and PRACTICE everyday all her recommendation and i am now CURED.
@danchapers extremely horrible, and the medication they give you makes me feel junked up and cant really do much, i would take one of my eyes out if it meant i could be anxiety free lol

Same here. There are often times where i have no idea where i am. I have also felt like someone was sitting on my chest, and i have had trouble finishing sentences and starting them, and getting things started. Thanks Ben. Before this video i had absolutley no idea what going on with me as far as confusion and speech.
same with me, i think i have a heart and breathing problem and think i am going to die but i am perfectly healthy, its hell!
