I have had Panic Disorder for years, and started experiencing the worst of it in 1994, when I was the happiest I've ever been in my life. Everything I was doing was put on hold. I could not work, had to drop out of college, was sick for months and months, even on meds. It is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain. Imbalances like this usually are caused when someone goes through a lot of tramatic experiences such as myself. Parental abuse is common in my generation (X).

@ufozrogravity92 Therefore, if you're noticing that you only experience those panic attack symptoms under the influences of cannabis or weed–then quite frankly, you need to leave the weed alone! I Hope That Helps!–Coach Dwayne.

FearNotCoach @ 2:15 am #

@ufozrogravity92 In layman's terms, weed doesn't create fear in people–it only exposes laden fears or hidden fears that are or maybe on the verge of being exposed at some remote period anyway.

FearNotCoach @ 2:28 am #

@ufozrogravity92 Fear is a conscious or subconscious mind-set based on the inability to defend oneself against a particular hurt, harm or endangerment. Thus, there is nothing chemical (herbal or non-herbal) that causes a person to fear. Chemicals whether legal or illegal (over-the-table or under-the-table) only serve as stimulants that can quickly precipitate or accelerate a deeply rooted situation of fear unknown to the individual himself.

FearNotCoach @ 2:46 am #

@ufozrogravity92 I don't believe cannabis (weed) causes one to fear. Weed may make you highly sensitive to extreme cases of paranoia (an element of fear). But it doesn't cause fear itself.

FearNotCoach @ 2:48 am #

@MissShadyBitch32 So because you are a subscriber, you'll be the first to know when it will be available. Hang in there. Let me help you defeat this mental problem which medication cannot solve.–Coach Dwayne

FearNotCoach @ 3:02 am #

@MissShadyBitch32 However, all of these situations exist due to how they situate in the faculty of your mind. You do not have a fear problem–you have a thinking problem of what you consider is fear. I have just completed a very good book entitled, "The Origin of Fear" which is going to explain the wrongful mind-set of those who are suffering and continue to suffer from anxiety attacks and/or panic disorder.

FearNotCoach @ 3:07 am #

@MissShadyBitch32 You mentioned the times where you had experienced these panic attacks the most where when you were in busy places with a lot of people and you also mentioned elevators. Those two areas i.e. crowds of people and elevators (which includes elements of claustrophobia and acrophobia (fear of heights) can incite a panic attack by themselves.

FearNotCoach @ 3:22 am #

@MissShadyBitch32 No, you English is good! I understand you clearly. Typically, when a person experiences their first panic attack–the most dreadful moment is the anticipation of another one.

ufozrogravity92 @ 3:47 am #

I had my first panic after smoking cannabis, then i tried again and i didnt have one, then i had one the next time i smoked, so i quit. Can you explain why cannabis can cause panic attacks?

Kozmo198 @ 3:52 am #

i had a panic attack last year in december, and ever since then i have had anxiety, now ive got to the point where everyday i just live with it and literally i am in the "fight or flight" reaction no matter where i go, who i talk to, even in my own room just by myself, i have actually started to get used to it and now i just like live with it,i come off as a rude person basically wherever i am. ever since that panic attack, it feels like ive just been stuck in it since, i just live life with it

MissShadyBitch32 @ 4:32 am #

I also had a panic attack and now i avoid places because i am afraid to get a panic attack again most of the time that i get one is when i'm in busy places with a lot of people and in elevators. I'm sorry if my english is a bit bad and i hope you understand what i am saying.

Great video I look forward to watching the rest of them

yintermezzo @ 6:09 am #

I know "I am not gonna die" by experiecing panic attacks for 10 years. In spite of that thought, I still experience panick attack. Does my english make sence? Anyway, in spite of the thought "I am not gonna die", why does the panick still attacks me ? I think the real my problem is a Social Anxiety Disorder(S.A.D). But you said the grand daddy of disorder is panic disorder, right? Anyway, I would rather be happy lately.Your videos helps me a lot! Thank you. :)
