Wow, I was a little skeptical at first because there are so many videos and you never know if anything is going to actually help. I just listened to your mp3 for the first time. i appreciate this free mp3. i've suffered with agoraphobia and severe panic attacks. i have been able to get myself outside but life is still difficult. i have yet to find my way out of my head. the world is still over whelming and i feel detached from reality. now most of my anxiety comes from my issue with my mortality. maybe you can make a recording for coping with mortality. thank you so much.

Try EFT – It totally cures social phobia and agoraphobia, and you do it yourself. Just google EFT (emotional freedom technique) or look it up on youtube, it really does work, and it is free!
