@PlayWithFireSixty9 My Mother Joyce and my Oldest Sis Samantha used to have them too.. This got me wondering……..are we NUTS!? lol I'm feeling one right now, but I choose to ignore it and let it wear off… Do you think I should take pills for it? Because my Mother keeps on telling me that Medication doesn't help… That i believe.. but i wanna get rid of it fast… :] I hope to hear from you soon.
Hey, My name is Denny, and I too get Panic-Attacks, and I know nothing bad would come of it, but I find it pretty annoying at times.. When times I wanna just go out and do what I want, but the feeling of dizziness is pretty hard to ignore.. At times I feel when it comes to a point where things starts feeling "Unreal." I'm 23 years old, and this is my 3rd month I've been having this disorder. Just a week ago my older sis Stacey started having one as well.. Could this be Genetics?
i get them time to time but im getting better at controlling them usually i rush to a restroom and play with water weird but it helps, also i get down and bend my knees and say "im ok im ok nothing bad is going to happen" over and over thanks for posting
i get panic attacks & theyre not funn
thank you very much for this information. i never understood what was wrong with me this one night, (i was actually in bed trying to go to sleep) except my doctor only told me it was a panic attack. i have asthma so i thought i was having an asthma attack (gasping for breath) which possibly made me panic more, does the fact that i have asthma make me more prone to getting them?
