My Panic Disorder #1

very brave. I suffered from anxiety/panic disorder for decades. Never even knew what it was until it was too late to know it was curable through CBT.

volleyball team but i quit because it was too much stress (and my horse died). any who, the girls on the team now hate me..
i'm sorry i honestly didn't mean to write a big sob story.
i thought it might be helpful to hear someone else's story.. maybe it won't, i don't know.
i'm really sorry you have to deal with this though, it's not fun.
just know you'll get stronger and stronger with time.

I have a panic disorder too, along with OCD and SAD (Social anxiety disorder). u__u
My panic disorder luckily isn't too bad…nothing I can't deal with. I get shortness of breathe, and anytime I stand up after sitting/laying for like 30 minutes, I get really dizzy. I think it's good that you're opening up to your subscribers :]

what is wrong?

I went through literal hell a few years back and it caused me to have hardcore panic attacks. It was never painful, I would just not be able to breathe. I definitely feel for you!

OH MY GOSH!!!! I have the same chest pains as you and I didn't know what caused it. My parents ignore it but it hurts so bad randomly. And once you said it started because of you know.. I was like it started as well for me when I lost my bestfriend and all my friends because of a stupid fight. I've mad new friends since but it keeps getting worse. I'm going into my sophmore year of highschool and sometimes it just starts in school and i don't know what to do. Glad you found out what it was C:

@MissCurvyKenzie Thanks.. I'm kinda over it I mean Im 22 now and just happy that god blessed me and my family and now i can see witch brings tears to my eyes because i cant imagine going through life not knowing what my son looks<3

@TheNikkiCorona Oh yeah. -.- I'd much rather have the panic attacks then take the meds.

I have panic disorder too. It sucks, went away for a few years but, it's back and I hate the zombiefication meds they put you on

i went through something like this but with my eyes from 5yrs old to 9…. I was going blind and the Dr.s wouldnt tell my parents what it was thet'd just look at us and say you'd never be able to afford the surgery since they were really young parents…. but they never gave up and by the time i was 9 i was legally blind and diagnosed with cataracts…. they did everything they could to save up money and now i have 20 -20 vision with glasses lol I'm also OCD and dyslexic…. so i got
