Time to jump into the Strikes, and since it made zero sense for me to lump a whole lot of strikes into one single top ten video, I've divided the strikes up into three videos highlighting the three main types of striking. First up, we're starting with the knee strikes. Knee Strikes are brutal, simply because the kneecap is a very hard chunk of bone, meaning that any time the victim's head(or other part of the body), is introduced to the knee, severe pain and suffering is sure to follow. These strikes range from rather simple to moves that take agility, and pin point accuracy to work well. Most of the moves you'll see here are finishing moves that have put down some big names over the years.

@OHVImedia WWE noob
Lack of Mr. Wrestling II disturbs me.
i also enjoy akiyama's knee strikes
What do you think about Elijah Express
@flyinbukta ok i got that just me personally it looks more like a leg lariat, and btw its called a Shining Apprentice, just a friendly comment, no disrespect
@bigsupahfly For a Shining Wizard to be a Shining Wizard it has to be a knee strike. If pretty much the same movement was made, but it was a kick, the move would be a Shining Enzuiguiri, or at least I think so, anyway. It's all about technicalilties haha
jumbo tsurta jumping knee attack would have been nice
Shattered Dreams was a Kick, actually.
Is the Shattered Dreams a honorable mention?
Hey SuicidalDragon did you see Bryan Danielson's new attire is exactly like Yuji Nagata's and his new submission is a crossface maneuver!
Punk uses it, yes. KENTA is the move's innovator.
isn't Go 2 Sleep CM Punks finishing move?
@TheSuicidalDragon holy shit!!!
@TheSuicidalDragon that would make one hell of a submission.
In wrestling, no, but at one of the early UFC tournaments, a fighter scored a submission by driving his chin into his opponent's eye socket.
just me but i always thought the Shining Wizard was more of a kick than a knee strike
Has anyone ever used there jaw to strike someone?
Great Video, But Where is Mr.Wrestling 2;s running knee lift Or Brody;s flying Knee drop, or HHH running knee lift,I guess they are pretty tame compared to todays stuff, but still classic!!Maybe even Andre the Giants knee stomp while he was holding the opponents head against it, lol. Keep up great videos!
you continue to produce the best videos on youtube, great job.Now though were is Mr.Wrestling 2's high knee lift or Brody's running knee or Andre the Giant's knee stomp while holding opponents head to it,too old school? Just kidding.not as flashy as todays knee strikes!!Oh I forgot HHH high knee and Jim Brunzel's lol
@davidschechtman In fact it is not a knee strike if it's not the knee that goes for colision , exemple : in the codebreaker opponent's head goes to knee , in a shinning wizard that's the knee that's going to the face ( sorry for my bad english )
@TheSuicidalDragon And what about Cima's Meteora? Does that count as a Knee Strike?
i love the japanese announcers…
goo teee sleeeepeeeeeee
@KnockerBoy47 The triple h knee trembler is nothing but a basic running knee.And besides,how does that compare to the Shining Wizard or the Busaiku Knee Kick?
That Busaiku Knee Kick is pure impact.
you should have used fujita jr. knee strike hemeru.
