You should do a video of the opposite side of the spectrum, the feeling of "implosion" & being lost.

@MnMsrbest, I think talking about issues is always one of the best coping techniques.

MnMsrbest @ 11:27 pm #

It really is about coping and about understanding the condition and letting people know what it is about. As someone who suffers from this condition, I find being open about it is the best help

one of my friends has serious incapacitating anxiety attacks. it amazes me what things can set them off too – things I would never expect to cause so much stress in someone.

@PayjeIzBeautiful i take klonopin too, along with zoloft. they work, well most of the time. i wonder if any of the methods online and on tv really work? they promise to cure anxiety.

PayjeIzBeautiful @ 4:23 am #

I have anxiety and have had it since I was like 15. panic attacks are the worst. you really included just about everything i've gone thru. it is very scary. i am now taking klonopin and that really helps. but every once in a while, I get panicy. ugh. it's refreshing to know people understand.

I like the angle you took on this topice in letting others know they are not alone. I do not suffer from panic attacks but know people who do and it seems so horrible.
