You know prayers can work against panic attacks. I've prayed over 4 persons via skype who dealt with panic attacks, and trust me those 4 got extremely excited … it was quite funny to be honest but one of the ladies when she sees too many people in a certain place she gets over excited, like she makes too much of a big deal over something so tiny. That's how she was. I have never dealt with a REAL person who had a real panic attack but that's a serious thing.
best kept secret ! breath in 4 second slow count —- breath out 4 second slow count.
and im sure it is your boyfreind that causes all & start seeking other jobs on the side,because if your boyfriend watches this he will think "oh no! insecure – emotional – drama – mama ! GIRL GET A GRIP JUST CHILL ENJOY LIFE!! Nothing to it. peace.

Hopefully your therapists tips will help to stop your attacks. If you get a surge of energy, just rock out to your favorite rock song. It works for me.
great video excellent job wow loved it
Those tips couldn't have come at a different time. I needed them, especially now. I find that listening to classical music helps. Thanks for those tips!
I'm totally having issues with anxiety and panic attacks also…not sure what to do other than take medication…
@thedanizblog

@dropthegirl777 Thank you!
@diogeneslaertius666 Haha good tip but not for me though. I don't smoke weed. I have been clean and sober for over a year. When I did do drugs I didn't like weed anyway. I don't know if it was because of my mental illness but it just exaggerated all the craziness in my head and made me feel worse.
@jmm1233 Thank you for watching.
@gothatfunk Hopefully it will be for me too. We will see how it goes.
@th3inquisitiv31 Thank you.
