Are 2 hour panic attacks normal? Stupid question never mind. Is it normal to feel like you are litteraly being stabbed repeatedly and only have small amounts of time to catch your breath?
A panic attack is very similar to an Anxiety attack but are both different. This chap is talking more about anxiety attacks where the adrenaline rises, heart rate rises or can drop and sends glucose to our muscles ready to attack what our sub conscious is telling us which is a false sensation, raised heart rate, chest pains, pains in the shoulders and neck etc. As he says normally after a visit to the emergency unit they go away until the next one!
